| Mid-Senior SharePoint/ASP.Net Developer Full-Time Permanent Position |
Location: Boston Area Preferred

We are currently seeking a Mid to Senior .Net Developer for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in the design, architecture, and implementation of custom integrations with Project Server 2007/Portfolio Server 2007 and other applications. This is a position that will offer the right candidate the ability to ramp-up in Project Management processes and function as such on certain assignments.
As a Developer at Project Solutions Group your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- The planning, coding and testing of custom solutions that integrate several systems with the SharePoint Platform.
- Development of custom SharePoint web parts
- Development of integrations between Project Server/Portfolio Server and other applications
- Development of middle tier web service to handle business logic and integration functions
- Development of custom reports using SQL Reporting Services
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience in developing ASP.NET or SharePoint applications and web parts
- Experience in developing custom integrations between systems
- Experience with the Project Server PSI or Portfolio Server PPSI
- Experience creating documentation including design documents, requirements documents, etc
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Visual Studio 2005
- Experience with SQL Server and Data Modeling
- Experience with SQL Reporting Services
- Experience with .NET 2.0/3.0
- NET 2.0+ framework required
- Experience with C# (preferred) or VB.net, ADO.Net, Web Services, SQL Scripts, WSS 2.0/3.0
- 4-year college degree in Information Systems or a comparable degree
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

| Project Portfolio Management / Project Server Senior Consultant |

As a Senior Consultant at Project Solutions Group specializing in Project Portfolio Management/ Project Server, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a both a technical and functional resource within the PSG organization
- Designing, developing and implementing solutions around Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Server 2007
- Configuring, deploying or integrating Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Server and Microsoft Office Project Server
- Facilitating, for our clients, the decision making process for prioritization and optimization of project portfolios
- Building a strong relationship with the client
- Cross-training in other PSG offerings, such as implementing Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Project Management Office development, project audit/recovery solutions, project
management augmentation and project and portfolio management training - Providing support to the PSG sales team during the sales process, in the form of participation on sales calls, product demos and proposal development
Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of Portfolio, Program and Project Management & Server concepts and theory
- Ability to design and configure Portfolio, Program and Project management solutions
- Solid understanding of the consulting model and packaged application implementation lifecycles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project
- Practical understanding of Microsoft architectures, including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, etc.
- 4-year college degree preferable in Information Systems or a comparable degree
- Willingness to travel up to 75%

- Acting as a team lead for the technical and functional aspects of Project Management Systems deployments
- Cross-training in other offerings, such as Project Management Office development, project audit/recovery solutions, project management augmentation, and project management training
- Providing support to our World-class Sales Team in the form of participation on sales calls, product demos, and development of proposals
- Acting as a mentor to other team members, including clients, developing their technical understanding and awareness
- Acting as a technical or functional resource within our organization
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree in Information Systems or a comparable degree
- Leadership role (team leader) on at least 1 full life cycle implementation
- Experience estimating projects and/or leading project teams
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and its deliverables
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of interface design and development
- Basic understanding of SQL and database design
- Basic HTML, VB, and JavaScript programming experience
- Willingness to develop project management skills and competencies
- Willingness to travel 75%
